Had a quick glance at the updates, and noticed this:

Changing your password on a regular basis keeps it from becoming predictable and helps increase safety.
4. Is this process mandatory?

Nothing... if you work for a company you should already be used to it...
However, I haven't even gone into this game in months... so it doesn't affect me.
