Any ideas on how it will perform on a nVidia 9500 GT with 1GB of ram? Just upgraded last week to this because the card was only $30. It runs Far Cry 2 beautifully at very high, so can I expect similar performance from BF Bad Company 2 if I were to purchase?

whats your processor? I think its more processor dependent, but i think you should be ok. I think Crusty is using a 9600.

if it wont work i still have that 8800 GT. I am running on a 2.14 dual core with the 8800gt 512mb and can run at all medium getting around 60-90 fps. Even at all low the game looks amazing.

That'll work fine, this game puts a hell of a toll on the bus speed, as long as it isn't DDR1/400 it'll fun fine. I'm using a Athlon II x2 240 AM2+, 2 GB DDR2/677, and 8600GT/256mb, and i usually get around 30-70 FPS. I've noticed the retail does run better than the demo did though, musta been some optimizations.
