I played a round this morning before work and was surprised to see over half of the opposing team was ranked 25. I take it that is max rank. On the plus side, that shows if you are a crazy, gaming-addict monkey, you can unlock everything in the game in less than a week. I am not accusing these guys of hacking their way to max level in any way. They played quite well. What I did notice though was that probably 75% of my deaths from different people were from engineers with an anti-tank rocket and extra explosive splash damage. The few times I was able to get far enough away to survive it, he could quickly finish me off with one shot from a pistol since I was wounded. Friendly fire was off, so they could fire this thing right in your face too and walk away unscathed. To be fair though, most of the time it was from distance.

Seemed like cheap kills, but it was a very effective way to one-shot someone, and occasionally multiple people if they were running in a squad.

I can't leave the story there though looking like I just died repeatedly at their hand without giving them a scratch. There was a Die Hard moment in the game for me where they were rolling in with 2 tanks while I was laying out AT mines. Wish I could see a replay of this. Just one of those battlefield moments that would never happen in reality. The first tank saw me, so I knew I couldn't hide, but I ran around some nearby rocks anyway and avoided their gunner. The tank fires behind me and misses; so I run right up to the front of the 2nd tank behind the 1st. The gunner in the first tank is trying to hit me, but the driver decides to move towards the objective and drives right into the present I left behind. Down goes one tank. I'm up close to the 2nd tank so neither can hit me. The gunner jumps out and I knife him. The idiot driver then jumps out; so I steal his tank, back up, and fire at the fool trying to see where I went. It's not every day you go up against 2 tanks on foot, kill 4 guys, a tank, and drive away with the other tank as a spoil of war. I wish I could say all 4 of those guys were rank 25, but I doubt it.

So what is max rank in the game anyway?

Played on another server late last night and found players ranked as high as 33.

And yes, most of them were also killing people with rockets.

Ok here I go on my realism rant.
The RPG is way overpowered along with the grenade launcher, the freaking RPG is a shape charge and should not be doing the damage it does. I hope EA fixes this with the first big patch.

The grenade launcher is a room weapon, thru a window to ake out numerous enemies, or a direct blast to the head. LOL just my rant again hope they fix the issues.....Still gonna play though

I have a feeling I was playing with some of these douche nuggets today, always knew where I was, always getting head shots, no matter how far, etc.
